HR Processes & System Coordinator – Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented HR Processes and System Coordinator on a fixed‑term basis. The role combines HR systems administration, data management and process improvement, supporting the HR and Payroll teams and the wider university.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and configure the iTrent HR system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Manage the HR data lifecycle and produce management information for decision‑making.
• Develop and implement digital solutions using Microsoft Forms and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and other university colleagues to improve service efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong database management experience with a focus on data quality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant HR experience.
