HR Service Transformation Consultant – Contract (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Service Transformation Consultant to lead a major organisational redesign programme for Corporate Facilities Management within a Greater London council. The role is hybrid, offering flexibility while driving strategic change.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the organisational design and restructuring of the Corporate Facilities Management service.
• Review existing structures, reporting lines, spans of control, workloads and service capacity.
• Develop future operating model options and organisational structure proposals.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure proposals are financially viable, operationally effective and legally compliant.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in a similar HR transformation or organisational design role.
• Proven track record delivering organisational design and service redesign programmes.
• Strong experience developing future operating models with senior leadership teams.
• Local Authority experience is essential.
