HR Services Advisor – Temporary (3‑month contract)

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established organisation in central Liverpool to provide essential shared services support to a large global workforce. The HR Services Advisor will join a fast‑paced, collaborative HR operations team on a temporary basis (minimum three months) to deliver transactional HR support across an international employee population.

Key responsibilities

• Process employee life‑cycle transactions within the HR system, ensuring data integrity.
• Support onboarding activities and issue contractual documentation.
• Produce offer letters, employment amendments and termination documents.
• Manage employee transfers and changes across multiple business areas.
• Maintain accurate employee records and respond to HR‑related queries.
• Assist managers and employees with transactional HR processes.
• Provide general HR administration and operational support to the People Services team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various regions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR Shared Services, HR Administration or HR Operations.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of employee life‑cycle transactions.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence working with HRIS/HCM systems.
• Ability to manage repetitive processes accurately while maintaining high service standards.
• Experience supporting international HR operations is a plus.
