HR Systems & Reporting Specialist

About the role

The HR Systems & Reporting Specialist will own WEA's iTrent HR platform and maximise its capabilities one year after go-live. Working in a hybrid setting, you will help the organisation deliver data‑driven people decisions while supporting its mission to provide high‑quality adult education.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the iTrent HR system and drive continuous improvement.
• Extend employee and manager self‑service functionality.
• Introduce automation to reduce manual HR administration.
• Develop and maintain a trusted reporting function, including statutory returns, DfE reporting and a monthly people dashboard.
• Support data‑led decision‑making across the HR team.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience working with HR information systems, preferably iTrent.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accurate reporting.
• Ability to design and implement automation solutions within HR processes.
