HR & Talent Partner – 12‑month Fixed‑Term (Hybrid)

About the role

Reed.co.uk is seeking an HR & Talent Partner to join its People Team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract in Holborn, London. The role is hands‑on and operational, supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to off‑boarding while delivering an excellent co‑member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing timely advice to employees and managers.
• Support core HR processes including onboarding, inductions, probation reviews, employee relations and off‑boarding.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to identify HR trends.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
• Monitor mandatory training completion and schedule sessions as needed.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment activities, manage job postings, candidate communications and interview scheduling.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and maintain talent pipelines.
• Track recruitment metrics and produce regular hiring progress reports.

Required profile

• Experience in an HR Advisor, HR Partner, Talent Partner or similar HR/recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
