HR & Talent Specialist

About the role

The HR & Talent Specialist will support POP MART’s fast‑growing European business, helping to attract, develop and retain talent across a multicultural, creative environment. You will work closely with teams in multiple countries, contributing to a vibrant employee experience and ensuring HR processes align with the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a range of functions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews and feedback.
• Coordinate employee relations initiatives, addressing queries and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams on talent development and employer branding projects.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR or talent acquisition within a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and capable of handling multiple priorities.
