HRBP Operations Analyst

About the role

Our client, a specialist consultancy in Newcastle upon Tyne delivering technology solutions to defence and finance sectors, is seeking an HRBP Operations Analyst. The role provides day‑to‑day HR guidance to managers and employees across assigned business areas, supporting policy, best practice and people matters.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver talent management initiatives.
• Manage sensitive employee relations matters.
• Facilitate core HR processes such as training requests, internal transfers, and terminations.
• Contribute to policy reviews, engagement programmes, and process improvements.
• Take ownership of client‑area‑specific projects.

Required profile

• A 2:1 degree from a top 25 UK university.
• 3‑5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist or HR Analyst role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid grounding in UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
