HRIS Analyst – Fixed‑Term Contract (London)

About the role

As an HRIS Analyst on a fixed‑term contract, you will support the Human Resources team in a leading financial services firm based in the City of London. You will play a pivotal role in system migrations, documentation, and ensuring the HR technology landscape runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end process of HR system migration.
• Maintain and update system documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve system‑related issues.
• Assist in testing and validating system changes and updates.
• Provide training and support to HR team members on system functionalities.
• Generate reports and insights from HR systems as required.
• Ensure data integrity and security within HR systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR system processes.

Required profile

• Experience with system migration and documentation processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday, SAP or Oracle HR modules.
• Module knowledge in Core HCM, Payroll and Recruitment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements.
