HRIS & Data Specialist – Professional Services, London

About the role

This position supports a leading international professional services firm by managing and enhancing its suite of HR information systems. You will ensure data integrity, drive system improvements, and provide analytical insights that enable effective people decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HRIS platforms including Cascade, ADP, Cornerstone, MyBenefits, Performance Leader and All Hires.
• Conduct data integrity and cleansing projects to keep employee information accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Research, evaluate and recommend new HR technologies, supporting change‑management initiatives.
• Lead implementation, upgrades and enhancements of existing HR systems.
• Troubleshoot data issues, manage system changes and assess impact on HR processes.
• Deliver training and guidance notes to end‑users to maximise system utilisation.
• Produce and present people metrics, analytics and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance and Innovation teams to integrate systems and streamline data flows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HRIS deployment, upgrade and administration.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and system integrations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider HR team.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas, pivot tables).
• PowerPoint and Power BI for reporting and visualisation.
• Data analysis, data cleansing and report authoring.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms: Cascade, ADP, Cornerstone, MyBenefits, Performance Leader, All Hires.
• Familiarity with relational database concepts and integrations.
