HSEQ Engineer – Manufacturing (ISO 14001/45001)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Engineer to join a fast‑growing manufacturing SME. The role blends office work with hands‑on time on the shop floor across two local sites, supporting the company’s drive toward ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accreditation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits covering quality, health & safety and environmental standards.
• Manage non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and supplier issues.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to embed HSEQ best practices.
• Prepare audit reports and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Background in HSEQ, engineering, manufacturing or production.
• Proven experience conducting audits in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
