HSQE Manager

About the role

We are a creative street‑marketing company with billboard sites across the UK, delivering street‑level posters and 3D activations. We are looking for an experienced HSQE Manager to lead all Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental activities across the business and embed a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve HSE management systems, processes and procedures.
• Lead and coordinate site safety meetings, audits, risk assessments and operational safety initiatives.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and ongoing safety training.
• Develop, maintain and review risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
• Lead incident investigations and track corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Oversee inspection, maintenance and compliance of work equipment, including ladders and access equipment, ensuring checks meet legal requirements and company policy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar Health and Safety role.
• Experience working in the outdoor advertising industry is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of UK health, safety and environmental legislation.
• IOSH certification (minimum requirement).
• NEBOSH (or equivalent) qualification – or working towards it.
• Excellent communication skills and a hands‑on, proactive approach.
• Strong organisation and influencing skills.
