Hubspot & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The role is the internal HubSpot subject‑matter expert for a leading manufacturer, responsible for developing marketing automation, analytics, AI‑enabled tools and digital best practices across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, including workflows, lead management, automation, reporting and campaign tracking.
• Build dashboards and deliver actionable insights to support marketing and sales performance.
• Provide sales enablement through HubSpot training, KPI reporting and integration with connected platforms and APIs.
• Apply AI tools and marketing technologies to improve efficiency, segmentation, reporting and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and external partners to support digital campaigns, platform improvements and best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience using HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Proven ability to create workflows, automation, reporting and dashboards.
• Practical experience with AI tools within marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage and improve complex digital systems independently.
