HubSpot Specialist – Digital Platform Expert

About the role

We are looking for a HubSpot Specialist to lead the optimisation of our digital marketing platform. Working closely with marketing, sales and extended sales teams, you will ensure HubSpot and related tools are fully leveraged to drive lead quality, automation and insightful reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, maintaining lifecycle stages, lead statuses and data governance.
• Design, build and refine automation workflows, segmentation, and personalised customer journeys.
• Apply AI-driven tools for predictive lead scoring, personalisation and enhanced reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance, attribution and create dashboards that illustrate marketing’s impact on sales.
• Identify under‑used features, recommend continuous improvements and evaluate emerging MarTech and AI capabilities.
• Ensure all AI and data practices comply with GDPR and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience using HubSpot as both a CRM and marketing automation platform.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non‑technical colleagues.
• Self‑starter who can take ownership of complex digital systems.

• Hybrid working arrangement (Monday‑Thursday 8:30‑17:00, Friday 8:30‑14:30).
• Competitive salary £55,000‑£60,000 per annum with OTE up to £63,000.
