Human Resources Advisor – Hybrid (London)

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join a purpose‑driven conservation and travel business in London. Working hybrid (three days onsite) you will act as a trusted partner for managers and employees across three brands, supporting the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of employee‑relations cases, including absence, wellbeing, family leave, performance and conduct matters.
• Provide day‑to‑day advice to managers and staff on HR policies and UK employment law.
• Support onboarding, contract administration, benefits, and employee‑lifecycle processes using the HiBob HR system.
• Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and ways of working.
• Contribute to engagement, wellbeing, DEI and other People projects.
• Assist with recruitment activities and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Partner closely with the Head of People within a small, hands‑on HR team.

Required profile

• Current HR Advisor or experienced HR Officer ready to hit the ground running.
• Confident handling low‑level employee‑relations cases independently.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Comfortable balancing advisory and administrative responsibilities.
• CIPD qualification desirable but not essential.
• Personable, adaptable and relationship‑driven.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the HiBob HR system.
