Human Resources Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a People Advisor to join a leading luxury tour operator in London. This hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) supports managers and employees across three offices, handling employee relations, HRIS, recruitment and people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations queries, including probation, performance, conduct and family leave.
• Coach managers throughout the employee lifecycle and manage absence and long‑term sickness cases.
• Interpret UK employment legislation and help develop policies, procedures and contracts.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and support performance and engagement cycles.
• Administer benefits such as private medical insurance and salary‑sacrifice schemes.
• Facilitate DEI surveys and develop targeted engagement action plans.
• Support senior and specialist hiring, including job description creation and candidate experience.
• Contribute to people strategy, L&D rollout and broader organisational effectiveness initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or People Advisor.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing employee relations matters.
