Human Resources – Executive Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Human Resources team on a 6‑month contract in London. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring senior‑level consulting alumni for our client base, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping of top‑tier consulting alumni and identify priority candidates.
• Cold‑call potential candidates and build long‑term pipelines through relationship development.
• Maintain up‑to‑date LinkedIn profiles and document all candidate interactions.
• Screen CVs and conduct interviews to assess fit and quality.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with Directors and Principal Directors to sell opportunities to candidates.
• Partner with interviewers to tailor selection processes and interview questions.
• Own the candidate journey through offer extension, negotiation, and reference checks.
• Work with external head‑hunters and agencies as required.
• Support global recruitment spikes and assist other regions when needed.
• Monitor KPIs, update candidate projects, and propose process improvements.
