Human Resources Generalist – People Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented HR professional to join our People team in London. Working closely with the Head of People Operations, you will ensure a smooth employee experience across the full lifecycle, from offer to off‑boarding, as the business scales internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Support administration of the employee lifecycle, from offer acceptance through off‑boarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and other contractual documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure data integrity.
• Process employee changes such as promotions, salary reviews and contractual amendments.
• Respond to employee queries regarding policies, benefits and HR processes.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including contracts, background checks, Right‑to‑Work verification and IT/finance set‑up.
• Schedule induction sessions and manage off‑boarding, including system access removal.
• Conduct HRIS data audits, support regular housekeeping and assist with reporting and people metrics.
• Prepare monthly payroll changes and support benefits, pension and other employee‑benefit administration.
• Support Right‑to‑Work checks, background screening and ensure compliance with GDPR.
• Help deliver a positive onboarding experience and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with wellbeing events, internal communications and broader People projects as the business grows.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, People Operations or HR coordination.
• Proven experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and data‑driven processes.
• Experience in a fast‑paced or scaling business is desirable.
• Experience with payroll or benefits administration is advantageous.
