Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to join our busy and collaborative HR team in London. The role provides generalist HR support across multiple UK sites and manages the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit. You will work closely with managers and employees, delivering consistent HR advice and guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Support onboarding, probation reviews, and contract changes.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Oversee absence management and return‑to‑work processes.
• Produce HR reporting and analytics as required.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently across sites.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practice and employee lifecycle processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using HR systems.
