HV Package Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HV Package Manager to lead the delivery of high‑voltage packages on complex engineering projects across the South West. You will own the full lifecycle from planning through to commissioning, working closely with specialist subcontractors and internal teams to ensure safe, on‑time, high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of High Voltage packages from pre‑construction to handover.
• Coordinate specialist subcontractors, suppliers and internal delivery teams.
• Oversee installation, energisation and commissioning activities.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering High Voltage packages on large‑scale construction or engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of HV distribution systems, substations, transformers and associated infrastructure.
• Previous experience with a principal contractor, specialist HV contractor or major engineering business.
• Relevant electrical qualifications with a solid technical grasp of HV systems.
