HVAC Commissioning Engineer – Training & Progression

About the role

This field‑based position covers Gloucestershire and Somerset and offers a clear progression path into HVAC commissioning. You will work on commercial and industrial projects, receiving full internal and external training to become a technical expert.

Key responsibilities

• Commission HVAC systems on a variety of commercial and industrial sites.
• Carry out water‑treatment tasks from pre‑commissioning through disinfection and sampling.
• Ensure installations are tested, compliant with client specifications, health & safety legislation and recognised industry standards.
• Travel across the UK as required, with the majority of work based locally.

Required profile

• Current experience as a commissioning or service engineer within the HVAC sector.
• Ambitious and motivated to undertake full technical training.
• Willingness to work field‑based and travel within Gloucestershire, Somerset and occasionally further afield.
