Hybrid Paraplanner – Financial Planning

About the role

This hybrid Paraplanner position supports a centralised team of Financial Planners, delivering detailed research, cash‑flow modelling and high‑quality suitability reports. You will work across multiple advisers, ensuring compliant and client‑focused financial solutions while enjoying a balanced work‑life schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Produce cash‑flow models and suitability reports for a pool of advisers.
• Conduct detailed research on pensions, investments and holistic financial planning matters.
• Collaborate with the wider technical team to maintain consistent processes and quality standards.
• Assist advisers throughout the advice process, ensuring clear and compliant recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within financial planning or wealth management.
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions and investments.

Required skills

• Experience using cash‑flow modelling software.

What we offer

• Salary between £35,000 and £42,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Hybrid working – one day per week in the office.
