Hygiene Operations Supervisor

About the role

Sasse Limited is seeking a proactive Hygiene Operations Supervisor to lead the delivery of washroom hygiene services across its contracts. You will ensure operations run smoothly, meet the highest standards of cleanliness, and comply with health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily washroom hygiene services, ensuring efficient processes.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and support staff, providing cover for sickness and holidays.
• Implement quality checks and monitor service standards.
• Manage inventory of detergents, chemicals and hygiene supplies within budget.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe handling of sharps, clinical and hazardous waste.
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints in partnership with the Hygiene Manager.
• Maintain accurate operational records and production reports.
