About the Role

Join the West Devon Abattoir team as a Hygiene Operative, a vital role in ensuring our production standards meet the highest levels of safety and cleanliness. Main Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all production areas of the site.
• Perform cleaning tasks following strict hygiene protocols and safety guidelines.
• Rotate monthly between different production sectors to ensure versatility and site-wide coverage.
• Report directly to the Hygiene Team Leader to ensure all tasks are completed to specification.

Candidate Profile

• No prior experience or formal qualifications are required; we value reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work late shifts (finishing around 01:30 AM).
• Ability to work physically in an industrial setting.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
