Hygiene Service Technician

About the role

Rentokil is looking for a motivated Hygiene Service Technician to join its Croydon team, covering South West and South East London. No prior experience is required – you will receive industry‑leading training and support to deliver a wide range of specialist cleaning services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to reactive service calls across a variety of commercial and industrial premises.
• Work on an on‑call rota and be paid at an enhanced rate for out‑of‑hours work.
• Provide expert advice to customers and maintain a professional image at all times.
• Perform cleaning tasks that may involve heights, confined spaces, and specialised equipment.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and proactive with excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility to adapt working patterns to business needs.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces; DBS check may be required.
