I2C Team Lead – Fixed Term (12 months)

About the role

AVEVA is seeking an I2C Team Lead for its Regional Shared Service Centre in Cambridge on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will lead a small, high‑performing Invoice‑to‑Cash team, ensuring standardised service delivery, strong controls, and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a high‑performing I2C team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
• Maintain service standards across regional time zones, adjusting workloads and working hours as needed.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers and stakeholders, gathering feedback and driving improvement plans.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to embed best practices and achieve efficiency gains.
• Ensure processes are documented, KPIs are met, and service levels are exceeded.
• Guarantee compliance with policy and legal requirements, protecting customers and minimising risk.
• Oversee accounts receivable, collection, dispute management, cash application, and inter‑company invoicing.

Required profile

• Strong sense of integrity and commitment to doing the right thing.
• Proven experience in an Invoice‑to‑Cash environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated team‑leadership ability.
• Comfortable operating at both detailed and managerial levels.
• Solid understanding of control and operational risk.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Oracle financial systems.
