IAM Engineer – One Identity IGA & Active Roles Server

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to join a high‑impact enterprise project. The role is hands‑on and focuses on delivering and enhancing identity governance, access management, and Active Directory administration using One Identity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and support One Identity IGA and Active Roles Server solutions.
• Configure and maintain identity lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover and leaver workflows.
• Develop access request workflows, certifications, provisioning and role management.
• Automate Active Directory administration via Active Roles Server.
• Troubleshoot platform, connector and provisioning issues across enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure and application teams to deliver IAM initiatives.
• Support governance, audit, compliance and access‑review activities.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Strong hands‑on experience with One Identity Manager / IGA.
• Proven expertise with Active Roles Server and Active Directory.
• Experience implementing RBAC, provisioning, identity lifecycle management and access reviews.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
