IAM Governance Lead

About the role

The IAM Governance Lead will take a hands‑on role in using and enhancing Marex's in‑house IAM governance platform. A key focus is onboarding databases and operating systems into IAM governance, alongside application onboarding, User Access Reviews, data quality, control improvement and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead application, database and OS/server onboarding into the IAM governance platform, including data‑source identification, mapping, validation and production readiness.
• Work with technology teams to establish reliable access data feeds, resolve data‑quality or integration issues, and enhance platform workflows and monitoring.
• Plan and manage User Access Review (UAR) / Access Certification campaigns, including data validation, reviewer engagement, revocations, remediation and audit‑ready evidence.
• Govern access exceptions, privileged access, RBAC, SoD and Joiner/Mover/Leaver control gaps, ensuring issues are tracked to closure.
• Maintain audit‑ready evidence to support SOX, internal and external audit requirements and use AI/automation to reduce manual effort.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to comply with regulatory requirements (FCA, NFA, AMF, AFM, MAS) and operational risk frameworks.
• Role model for integrity, adhering to the FCA’s Code of Conduct and internal policies, and escalating risk events promptly.

Required skills

• Entra ID / Active Directory
• Windows and Linux server administration
• SQL and Oracle database knowledge
• Hands‑on experience with IAM governance platforms and tooling
• Experience managing User Access Review / Access Certification campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
