ICT Contracts Manager – Part‑time (4 days/week)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive ICT Contracts Manager to join a leading non‑profit organisation in Leeds on a part‑time, hybrid basis. You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of the organisation’s IT contracts, ensuring value and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end contract lifecycle including renewals, variations and terminations.
• Act as primary liaison between the organisation and ICT suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs and KPIs and address issues.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT and Legal to provide commercial and contractual advice.
• Lead supplier review meetings and proactively manage vendor relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing IT/ICT contracts in the public sector, non‑profit or highly regulated environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage performance against contractual obligations.

What we offer

• Salary £38,700‑£40,000 per annum, with annual reviews.
