ICT Technician – School IT Support (Leeds)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ICT Technician to provide first‑class IT support across three schools in the Rodley area of Leeds. You will act as the primary link between the schools and our service team, ensuring reliable technology for teaching and learning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware and telephony.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot software, operating systems and devices such as Chromebooks.
• Provide 2nd line support for Office 365, Google Workspace and other school applications.
• Deliver excellent customer service to staff and students, acting as the go‑to technical expert.
• Coordinate with the wider company to keep schools informed of updates and changes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IT support role, preferably up to 2nd line.
• Experience working in a school, academy or college environment is highly desirable.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently across multiple sites.

Required skills

• Installation and maintenance of servers, networking equipment and telephony.
• Support for Office 365, Google Workspace and Chromebook devices.
• Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
