Identity Access Management Consultant – Various Seniorities

About the role

Join a global business consultancy as part of an Identity Access Management (IAM) team delivering end‑to‑end IAM services to clients across multiple sectors. The role offers a hybrid working model and a clear progression path from Consultant up to Associate Director.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients on IAM strategy, solution design and risk mitigation.
• Support complex client engagements and run IAM diagnostics.
• Assist with application onboarding and prepare reusable IAM solutions.
• Provide specialised input on IAM implementations of varying scale.
• Gather IAM requirements and deliver expert advice on tool integration.
• Understand client business processes and offer tailored IAM recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on IAM controls and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven mix of consulting experience and IAM technical expertise.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eligibility for SC clearance is desirable.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of IAM technical controls and contemporary risks.
• Hands‑on experience with one or more IAM platforms such as Okta, Entra ID, BeyondTrust, OneIdentity, CyberArk, SailPoint or Saviynt.
