IFA Administrator – Financial Planning Support

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join a fast‑growing national financial planning business in Esher. You will work closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients throughout the advice process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client correspondence and nurture strong client relationships.
• Process new business applications for pensions, investments and protection.
• Prepare client review packs, meeting documentation and arrange client meetings.
• Maintain financial planner diaries and request provider illustrations and product information.
• Keep accurate, well‑presented and compliant client records on internal systems.
• Handle client enquiries, provider communications and general back‑office support using Intelligent Office (IO).
• Ensure all administration follows internal procedures and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IFA Administrator or similar financial services admin role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with planners and paraplanners.
• Commitment to compliance and high‑quality client service.

Required skills

• Intelligent Office (IO) – back‑office administration platform.
