IFA Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our fast‑growing financial planning practice in Chesham. You will work closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience across pensions, investments and protection.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client correspondence and maintain strong relationships.
• Process new business applications for pensions, investments and protection.
• Prepare client review packs and meeting documentation.
• Arrange client meetings and maintain financial planner diaries.
• Request provider illustrations and product information.
• Maintain accurate, compliant client records on internal systems.
• Handle client enquiries, provider communications and general back‑office support using Intelligent Office.
• Ensure all administration follows internal procedures and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IFA Administrator or similar financial services administration role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with advisers and support staff.
• Commitment to compliance and data protection standards.

Required skills

• Intelligent Office (IO) platform.
