IFA Administrator

About the role

The IFA Administrator will join a well‑established financial planning practice, supporting advisers and clients throughout the investment, pension and protection application process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, compliant client service.

Key responsibilities

• Process new investment, pension and protection business end‑to‑end using St. James's Place electronic systems.
• Monitor applications from submission to completion, liaising with providers to resolve delays.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and prepare meeting and presentation packs.
• Provide timely updates to advisers and clients, ensuring FCA compliance.
• Support day‑to‑day office administration, including ordering supplies and improving processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for advisers, clients and product providers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IFA or financial services administration role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using St. James's Place electronic business platforms.
