IFA Administrator – Path to Financial Adviser

About the role
This permanent, full‑time position supports a client‑focused financial advisory team in Hillingdon. You will handle core IFA administration tasks while gaining exposure to client meetings and technical work, with a clear pathway to become a Financial Adviser.
Key responsibilities
- Perform day‑to‑day IFA administration duties.
- Prepare client documentation and process new business applications.
- Support advisers with client servicing and liaise with external providers.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and administrative correspondence.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Financial Services Administrator.
- Strong ambition to progress into a Financial Adviser role.
- Desire for long‑term development and a balanced work‑life environment.

- Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year.
- Fully funded Level 4 Diploma qualifications.
