IFA Manager (Player‑Coach) – Chartered IFA Firm

About the role

Our client, one of the largest Chartered IFA firms in the UK, is seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to step into a combined player‑coach role. You will manage a select portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients while mentoring and developing a team of IFAs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a small, high‑value client portfolio.
• Provide financial advice and planning services to HNW individuals.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior IFAs within the team.
• Lead by example, delivering client‑focused solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to business development and team performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice.
• Qualified Financial Adviser with managerial or team‑leader experience.
• Ideally progressing towards Chartered IFA status.
• Strong understanding of wealth management and HNW client needs.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive base salary starting at £90,000, dependent on qualifications.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) up to £130,000, including bonus and benefits.
