About the role

We are partnering with a respected independent financial planning firm that is looking for an experienced IFA Sales Support Administrator. The role provides essential administrative assistance to Financial Advisers and the wider planning team, ensuring client cases are managed smoothly from enquiry to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and the financial planning team.
• Process and manage client cases throughout their lifecycle, preparing documentation and maintaining accurate records.
• Liaise with clients, providers and internal teams to deliver a first‑class service.
• Support day‑to‑day sales activities and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in financial services administration (essential).
• Understanding of financial products such as investments, pensions, platforms or protection.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, professional attitude with a genuine desire to provide excellent client support.
