About the role
Join Coca-Cola’s People & Culture team as an Ignite Intern, supporting HR initiatives that shape an inclusive and high-performing workplace. You will gain hands‑on experience across talent attraction, learning and development, employee engagement and HR analytics while working on projects that have real business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with employer branding, recruitment and onboarding activities for new talent.
- Support employee development programmes, including training and career‑growth initiatives.
- Contribute to employee engagement surveys and actions to improve workplace culture.
- Help with performance‑management processes and employee‑relations tasks.
- Analyse HR metrics and prepare data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align People & Culture initiatives with company objectives.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field.
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship).
- Available to start on 1 October 2026 and commit to 36.25 hours per week for a 12‑month internship.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about Coca-Cola’s brands, values and social‑impact initiatives.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software systems.
