About the role
We are looking for an immediate‑start Machine Operator to join a stable manufacturing business in Paddock Wood. You will work with state‑of‑the‑art equipment to produce bespoke products, receiving full training and the chance to develop a long‑term career.
Key responsibilities
- Program and set up machinery for production runs.
- Process raw materials and oversee the manufacturing workflow.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards.
- Maintain strict health and safety procedures on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
Required profile
- Available to start immediately and work full‑time, Monday‑Friday.
- Motivated, reliable and eager to learn new specialist processes.
- Either experienced in machine operation or willing to be trained.
