Implementation Clinical Consulting Lead for North Europe

About the role

As the Implementation Clinical Consulting Lead for North Europe, you will head the Radiology Informatics Service & Solution Delivery team, overseeing clinical consultancy for Philips RI solutions across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics. You will coach a team of 20+ consultants, drive methodology development, and ensure successful adoption of complex radiology informatics implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20+ clinical consultants delivering Radiology Informatics solutions (vuePACS, vueRIS) across North Europe.
• Validate solution designs against customer clinical requirements during the presales phase for complex implementations.
• Develop strategic relationships with C‑level customer leaders and provide consultative guidance throughout sales, implementation and adoption.
• Coach and educate sales resources and customers on Radiology Informatics workflows, testing, and new functionality.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in clinical Radiology Informatics.
• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in a clinical field.
• Proven ability to structure problems, design solutions and communicate persuasively to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel more than 80% of the time.
