Implementation Consultant – Commercial (Remote or Onsite)

About the role

As a Consultant you will play a pivotal role in commercial implementation projects for Veeva Vault CRM and connected products, working directly with leading pharmaceutical organisations to design and build tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in Veeva product implementation or migration projects, taking on roles such as configuration specialist, functional analyst, solution architect or project manager.
• Configure and customize Vault CRM to meet specific client requirements.
• Lead client‑facing activities including workshops, user acceptance testing and training sessions, guiding customers from design to delivery.
• Provide expert advisory to optimise and harmonise business processes and translate complex requirements into scalable designs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage customer‑facing activities and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
