Implementation Consultant – RIM

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking an Implementation Consultant to help life‑science customers optimise regulatory data and document management using the Vault RIM suite. The role involves translating global regulatory requirements into solution designs and configuring the cloud‑based platform.

Key responsibilities

• Implement software and design solutions with Veeva Regulatory suite (Registrations, Submissions, Archive, Publishing) for life‑science customers.
• Lead configuration workshops, design, document, prototype and deploy solutions.
• Manage program and project activities, including resource planning and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Communicate effectively between project teams, customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of technology implementation experience in life sciences or healthcare.
• Technical ability and willingness to roll up sleeves to design, configure and implement a RIM solution.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required by the business.
