Implementation Manager – Bilingual (English/French)

About the role

Benchling is building an AI‑driven platform for biotech research and is expanding its Professional Services team. As a Bilingual Implementation Manager you will partner with customers—from early‑stage biotech startups to large biopharma groups—to understand their R&D workflows and deploy the Benchling solution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementations, from kickoff through go‑live, for new and expanding customers.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct requirements‑gathering and design workshops to map scientific processes to Benchling features.
• Configure the platform, perform testing, deliver training, and onboard users.
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and support teams to ensure successful deployments.

Required profile

• Fluent or native proficiency in French and strong English communication skills.
• Scientific background (e.g., life sciences, biotechnology) with an understanding of R&D workflows.
• Proven project‑management experience, preferably in SaaS or professional‑services environments.

Required skills

• Ability to translate customer needs into technical configurations.
