Import Road Brokerage Agent

About the role
Our client, located near London Heathrow, is expanding its Import team. The Import Road Brokerage Agent will work within the Brokerage department, handling road‑freight customs clearances for inbound shipments.
Key responsibilities
- Process and manage customs entries for road‑freight imports.
- Coordinate with carriers, customs authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely clearance.
- Maintain accurate records of import documentation and compliance.
- Support the import team with day‑to‑day operational tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in air‑freight import customs entries.
- Strong understanding of UK customs regulations and road‑freight procedures.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 09:00‑17:30.
