IMS Systems Auditor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IMS Systems Auditor to support the management and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and report internal IMS audits across multiple business functions.
• Support external certification and surveillance audits.
• Identify non‑conformances, raise corrective actions and monitor their completion.
• Review processes and recommend improvements to enhance performance and compliance.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure effective resolution.
• Analyse audit findings and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate audit records and IMS documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an IMS, ISO, Quality, HSEQ, SHEQ or Compliance Auditor.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Strong report writing, analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and travel to company sites.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
