In-House Conveyancer (Residential)

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its in‑house legal team supporting property development projects across South London and Surrey. You will work alongside experienced solicitors and lawyers, handling plot sales and new‑build transactions from instruction to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of plot sales and new‑build conveyancing matters.
• Liaise with internal sales, commercial and property management teams.
• Oversee the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience managing plot sales or new‑build conveyancing matters.
• Background in private practice or an in‑house legal team.
• Qualified solicitor, legal executive (CILEX/FILEX) or licensed conveyancer – non‑qualified fee‑earners will be considered with support for qualification.
