In Store Merchandiser

About the role

Footasylum is looking for an In Store Merchandiser to join its Aberdeen store. You will be responsible for bringing the brand to life in‑store, ensuring visual standards reflect the company identity and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement visual merchandising guidelines across all departments, maintaining clean, well‑stocked and appealing displays.
• Refresh window and in‑store displays regularly to reflect current trends, promotions and product launches.
• Analyse store layout and customer flow to optimise product placement and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify commercial opportunities and adapt visual strategies.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep visual approach fresh.
• Identify visual skill levels within the team and deliver hands‑on training to build capability.
• Support the Store Manager with stock management, floor moves and promotional setups while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Required profile

• A passion for fashion, design and retail with a strong eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
