Inbound Call Handler – Customer Service Advisor

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, award‑winning customer service operation in the North East as an Inbound Call Handler. You will be the first point of contact for clients and prospects, delivering accurate information, quotations and support via phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone calls from commercial and retail customers.
• Provide quotations and product information using company systems.
• Respond to customer emails and handle basic technical queries.
• Set up new claims and record details accurately for swift resolution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all products and services to ensure compliant processing.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday 09:00‑19:00 and alternate Saturdays 09:00‑13:00.
• IT literacy and confidence using standard office software.
• Commitment to a permanent, long‑term role and willingness to complete a four‑week training programme.
