Inbound/Outbound Operations Associate

About the role

The role supports an international client’s studio by handling inbound and outbound stock, ensuring smooth workflow between the studio and fulfilment centres. It is a 9‑month contract based in London, working on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload vans with pallets and boxes.
• Receive stock into inventory systems.
• Process outbound stock to fulfilment centres after imaging.
• Palletise stock to and from fulfilment centres.
• Unbox and prepare products for shooting.
• Repack items after production for return to fulfilment centres.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised workspace.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of product issues.
• Document missing, damaged or malfunctioning items.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide administrative support for the studio operations team as required.

Required profile

• Experience in a studio inbound, outbound, prepping, repacking or production house environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to work on‑site in a studio/warehouse setting.
