Inclusion Coach / Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Inclusion Coach / Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist school in Milton Keynes. You will work with children and young people aged 4‑19 who have Autism Spectrum Condition and social communication difficulties, helping them build independence, confidence and thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored support for pupils with autism and communication needs across all age groups.
• Assist class teachers with daily activities and deliver personalised learning plans.
• Support emotional regulation and promote positive behaviour.
• Offer personal care respectfully and with dignity when required.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists and families to deliver wrap‑around support.

Required profile

• Experience in SEND, care, support work or an educational setting (highly desirable).
• Patient, empathetic and proactive attitude with a genuine passion for youth development.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and possessing excellent communication skills.
• Team‑player who can adapt to the unique and evolving needs of students.
