Income Performance Analyst – Data & Insight Role

About the role

Stonewater is seeking an analytical and insight‑driven Income Performance Analyst to join its national Income team. Working in a hybrid setting, you will turn large rent‑account datasets into clear, actionable recommendations that support both operational and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse income and customer data to spot trends, risks and opportunities across ~40,000 rent accounts.
• Produce performance reports, dashboards, forecasts and predictive analyses.
• Develop data‑led approaches for early intervention to reduce arrears escalation.
• Support targeted resource deployment through segmentation and performance analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators and highlight areas for improvement.
• Translate complex data into engaging information for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with Income, Finance, Business Systems and Data teams to enhance reporting capability and data quality.
• Assess the impact of external factors such as welfare reform, economic changes and regulatory developments on income performance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
• Ability to communicate insights in a simple, engaging way.
• Experience working with large datasets and delivering evidence‑based recommendations.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualisation tools.
